Terms of Service

These terms apply to digital services supplied by Dot Code Infotech, Surat, Gujarat – 395006, India. Your written scope and quotation define the accepted deliverables, timeline and payment milestones.

Orders and scope

An enquiry does not create a paid order. Please confirm that a package fits your requirements before payment. Work starts after scope approval, receipt of required content and access, and any agreed payment. Appointment payments cover a 30-minute consultation; the time is agreed by email.

Fees and exclusions

Package fees cover their listed deliverables. Hosting, domains, advertising spend, paid plugins, subscriptions and extra scope are separate. Any applicable taxes and additional charges will be disclosed for your approval before payment; there are no undisclosed additions at checkout. Monthly packages are one-month service periods and do not auto-renew.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate requirements, timely feedback and authorised access. You must hold the rights to supplied materials. Do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive data through enquiry forms.

Third-party platforms

Advertising performance, rankings, app reviews and gateway approvals are not guaranteed. Advertising budgets remain in your own platform account. Third-party tools retain their own terms and licences.

Delivery and ownership

Handover, ownership, support periods and source delivery follow the written scope and agreed payment milestones. Changes to scope require written agreement. Contact us for a correction if delivered work differs from the agreed scope.
